Hi there, I opened port 3050 and 3051 for incoming traffic using by activating firewall rules and created a new one. By checking remotely open ports they are shown closed. What is wrong? How can I solve this? Thanks for help

Hi, I activated Plesk firewall rules and opened ports. The new rule is displayed in firewall rule list. But the ports are not open when applying netstat. Also, no connection is possible using this port. What is wrong? How can I fix it. X

yes, roundcube is installed and active I have installed Typo3 and encounter a similar problem. The backside site cannot be opened. I guess that something is wrong with my DNS settings.

Please help, on my vServer email-services work fine but the window for opening webmail for roundcube is stating following errror: The requested URL /roundcube/index.php was not found on this server. How can I solve this problem? I have Plesk Onyx V17.0.17 running on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS X.
