The error could be fixed with it. I need to set the env path so that I don't get an error message in nextcloud. So now I will use this again. But at least it helped that I could reissue the certificates. Thanks ;)

Fixed it by myself. Found the Issue. set http2 in Apache but used nginx proxy. Updating h2 with activated http2 in Apache caused the error. kind regards
