Has anyone else here perhaps had the problem and been able to solve it?

dirmngr is installed in version 2.2.12-1+deb10u2

Try to do a apt update and install recommended dirmrgr.

Bash:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install dirmngr --install-recommends

dirmngr is already the newest version
The problem cannot be solved in this way. Any other suggestions?
