It worked for me.
You have to run the command afterwards in Powershell or CMD:
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\iissetup.exe /install SharedLibraries

Same here.
I got backups in Repo done under 12.5 but no new.
Not starting manually nor planned.
Checkings logs for new backups later at home and posting here. Done so far:
- plesk repair via Windows app (all possible Buttons set)

had the same poblem.
It was an wrong configuration in mysql.ini
which setting is wrong u can see in log files.
Windows / Plesk couldn't start mysql service.

after Upgrading to Plesk 12.5 on my Windows 2012 Server im getting
ERROR: Class 'Promo_Mobile' not found (AdminHome.php:32)
after Login Attempt to Plesk.
Login Screen Works then this appears in Browser Screen.
Repair via Plesk Reconfigurator has no effect.
Can someone...
Afaik Use Windows / System/ Software
then choose Plesk and change. There you can change the installed components of Plesk and so php.

the plesk name server is normally not the "really" name server for your domain.
If the domain is also hosted with one and one try to change the one and one nameserver within your account manager or try to request the support.
