    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Yes, the problem is when I have typed a cmd to disable the firewall, it look like a file need to be downloaded, and as there no Network access, the cmd failed. I have a received a response from the support team (attached screenshot)

    Sure. have you opened the ports in the router ? You must nedd to open the FTP port and set the PASV port range have you any firewall configured in your NAS ? If yes, you need to open the FTP port in your NAS and set the IP of your vps in the rule.
