    I go here Screenshot and when I click on 'Lets encrypt' i see a message flash up very quick saying please wait.. so no real error messages.. as you know I updated plesk yesterday.. there must be a simple way to switch off SSL ....I presume I am getting this error becuase i have no valid SSl...

    good idea! - so this is the error [crit] (13)Permission denied: /var/www/vhosts/-------------.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable, referer: Google I dont have an .htaccess file - not sure I need one for my HTML websites, do i?

    Question .webstat files - how to view them?

    Thank you - I was just trying to check every log file but now what you have said I dont need to look at the .webstat files. Had a recent hack into server and have changed my log rotation to look like this so I hope now I can see a whole months worth of data. Screenshot does this look correct...
