Question Spectre and Meltdown

So I have received an email from my hosting company regarding the 2 issues.
I realise this is a Plesk forum but was not sure where to start. They sent these links. I am not techy enough to understand how to check/apply..

here are my server details:

CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor (6 core(s))

Version Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS 6

OS CentOS 6.7 (Final)

can I check via my Plesk control panel anything to know/check if this is something I should be worried about?
