• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Disable SSL on your domains.

If SSL/TLS support option is not clickable in Hosting Settings, contact the server owner (Plesk administrator) who provided you with the access details to Plesk:

Plesk admin has all required permissions for managing Hosting Settings for a subscription. If required, Plesk admin can grant the required permission so that Hosting Settings management is available not for you.

I go here

and when I click on 'Lets encrypt' i see a message flash up very quick saying please wait.. so no real error messages.. as you know I updated plesk yesterday..

there must be a simple way to switch off SSL ....I presume I am getting this error becuase i have no valid SSl certificate????

Did you updated to Plesk Onyx from 12.x ?

Try to restart plesk, in some cases this helps.

I cant see how to restart plesk from within plesk dashboard.?. sorry for all these questions... The websites with issue all seem to be Wordpress sites..
