I was uninstalling postfix and installing qmail when this error appeared to me, which also appears to me when plesk tells me that qmail is to be updated:

I’ve my vps with debian 9.5 and I use Cloudflare and mod_cloudflare is no longer support.

@TomBoB I'm using modsecurity with comodo ruleset.
I've just follow this post Atomicorp Rule Set/Atomicorp Update Manager can not work on Debian 9 or Ubuntu 18.04: E: Failed to fetch http://updates.atomicorp.com 404 Not Found and the system update worked well!
Now the only issue is with plesk...
I am now downloading the backup locally (about 5 gig), because I fear that this procedure will delete and install ex-novo plesk entirely.
Can you try out locally on your trial debian what happens with "plesk installer" command: if it just upgrade or install everything from 0?
I've also tried command plesk installer, and have:
