Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
Everyone, that behavior was reworked and introduced with yesterday's Plesk release (Obsidian 18.0.70):
Please let us know if you face any further issues.
@Hangover2 thank you for reporting the issue.
From Plesk's side we have an initiative to update the msgraph-sdk-php library version the extension uses, which is currently in testing phase and should be released along with version 18.0.71. Hopefully, that will sort out the issue. If it doesn't, the case should definitely be addressed by...
Could you please check the /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log file and let us know what is being logged at the time you are encountering the logout issue? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for the update. That shouldn't cause any issues, but just to be on the safe side, please create a backup of the WP Toolkit database:
Then, please try:
You can then test to confirm if the instance is removed:
If yes, please repeat the action for all instances returned by the...
Thank you for the update. That's a valid concern. However, based on the extension logic, you shouldn't be able to set up MFA on the client-side device if the time is not properly synchronized. If MFA is already set and unsyncing occurs afterward, the extension does reject codes. If you found a...
@trialotto , I double-checked the case with our team and it is in fact not possible to configure MFA on the user's device if the server time is not synchronized with the device. Keeping server time synced is very important for correct operation of Plesk server as a whole - logging, correct work...
@MHC_1 can you please navigate to Tools & Settings > Session Idle Time and double-check if "Allow IP address changes during a single session" is enabled? If it isn't, please try enabling it for the sake of testing.
Thank you for the update, @W4ru . No, if the domain name in question in not under your control I can't think of anything that could be done on the receiving server's end for this particular issue.
In order to gather more details about the error, I can recommend running:
Also, checking the /var/log/cron.log file for any relevant entries.
I am afraid, cannot identify the issue by the provided errors only.
@trialotto , thank you for the input. It is forwarded to our team for further review.
I believe in the scope of this bug report it is planned to rework the extension logic so it will automatically disable OCSP stapling and will not allow it to be enabled if the certificate does not have an OCSP...
Hello, everyone. Our team recently reviewed a similar issue and according to them The certificate is NOT trusted and OCSP status response is invalid indicate that the system cannot verify the validity of the certificate when connecting to the repository server, autoinstall.plesk.com/RUBY_1.5.0...
MFA is currently not supported for the Plesk mobile app as the same uses XML API to manage Plesk and adding MFA support requires significant changes in the business logic. At this point, there is no ongoing initiative for introducing MFA support for it. If that changes, I will follow up with...
To me it looks like the DNS of mail.comunidad.movistar.es is not properly configured. I would suggest checking the DNS records and ensuring it has calid MX records.
That looks like an issue with the http://mirrors.service.networklayer.com/centos/ repository. What I can suggest is to try disabling the repository in question. You can do that by renaming it under the /etc/yum.repos.d/ directory.
