    in our case, this error appear since update to 18.0.36 and unfortunately have not been solved yet in last MU (18.0.37) that was what we needed...

    Hi @IgorG reviewing last MU Plesk Obsidian 18.0.37 , very very disappointed to see that this bug not seem solved! It can be "just" an detail, but very annoying to who check logs!

    Ok, bug is about error message, the problem occur when some limits fail (no subscription limit available or no ip share available), the problem is that the error message not appear and only appear an white screen with javascript error, so another bug to solve.

    Ok, this is the problem... your vital mysql database have been deleted... Try to restore files of this database from your most recent backup (owner should be mysql)

    Supose that you can't use plesk repair db if your database server is down, you need to review why your db server is down, can you give us information about your mariadb log?
