Question 500 Plesk\Exception\Database

I have a problem as shown in the picture.
I have restarted the hosting server but it only lasted for a while and the same error message appeared.

I've tried using this method but it still doesn't work.

Seem that your tmp directory is full or you have hdd error access

but my hdd is still available storage. i dont understand why can't create/write on var/temp

and then (check you are correctly in tmp directory!)

rm -rf *
