Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
Unfortunately, that was a translation error. Must always be called customerdomain.tld.
Plesk searches for customerdomain.tld when creating a new domain. But they no longer exist on the server because the customer has deleted his domain kundendomain.tld. As I said, if I enter customerdomain.tld...

Hello, I don't mean the e-mail address, but my office address.
For example, I received a system mail with the subject Site vulnerabilities found.
My office address is at the bottom of this system mail. I want to change this. This is not specified under Edit Administrator Profiles. So I mean the...
Hello, I have two questions.
Where can I preset the PHP version that Plesk then automatically uses for new domains?
I once entered my address in Plesk. I have to change this address now. Where can i customize that? Unfortunately, the system mails are still sent with the old address.
Many...
Hello,
I wanted to delete a customer.
I get the confirmation box asking if I really want to delete the customer, but the customer is not deleted. The page fades and nothing happens.
I had deleted domains today.
After running dovecot -F I got
doveconf: Fatal: Error in configuration file /etc/dovecot/conf.d/14-plesk-sni-mail.my-domain.de.conf line 7: ssl_cert: Can't open file /opt/psa/var/certificates /scfZoQBec: No such file or directory

I will test it and I will contact the provider.

I will contact the seller.
Once I had restarted Apache. Then the problem was gone.
That would be more of a sign that it's not the provider's fault.
I can test that again.
Thank you for the detailed help.
I really didn't want to switch providers. The provider only has Virtuozzo. So far it's always been going really well. I can go from 8 to 10 core and more RAM at most. Then a connection of up to 1 GBit would also be possible. Now up to 512 Mbits.
But according to your message, that doesn't do...
`iostat 10 -t` does not work
After disabling memcached and apcu on every PHP version things got a lot better.
The settings of mpm_event also play a role.

How can I determine when rollover should be?
My own IP is not included.
I'm logged in with Putty all the time.
The VServer then almost stops. No more domains can be accessed. CPU and load is down.
I was able to restart Apache. Then it was a little better but still took a long time to load the...
CPU usage was low.
I couldn't call up anything in Plesk anymore.
Everything had hung in the putty too.
I have now updated to the latest Plesk and disabled apcu and memcached for all PHP applications.
I only installed apcu and memcached a few days ago.
Let's see if tonight is better.
Every time the RAM usage is more than approx. 10 GB, no websites and no Plesk work anymore.
I ask, what does Plesk do every night between 0:00 and 0:30 a.m. other than what can be seen in Plesk under Cronjobs?
Something must suddenly fill up the RAM.
