Ok, but in the same time you're using mail domain to create link for webmail , like https://webmail.test.com/roundcube/index.php?_user=user%40test.com So you suppose that "webmail" subdomain is pointing to server and you can use in this case this subdomain for autodiscover feature, don't you?

If the syntax error with the webmail is still present, simply remove the webmail conf file for now. Disable the missing aclr module using a2dismod aclr

OK found it - CGI wrapper could not read this file on earlier Plesk installs it is 644, not 600 like here so I "fixed it" for now by making it 644 - webmail now can be opened is it a bug with latest Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS ?
