Finally for fully resolve the requirement of Freescout need to go on server location usr/bin and lunch the following command: ln -s /opt/plesk/php/8.3/bin/php php this will link the PHP and will resolve the issue of requirement in the UI. From Plesk ticket support.

Hi, in the new version of Plesk now some numbers are showed near the left menu on domains, subscriptions, service plans. There is a way to hide that as was before in Plesk? I don't like it.

Is not required but have not in function cause workflow issues. As I use workflow I need resolve that and have enabled. Freescout is not the only open source app that use Laravel 5.5, I know this is old but they patch it.

It appears I have to compile it: https://www.php.net/manual/en/pcntl.installation.php but how? I tried the command ./configure --enable-pcntl --with-php-config=/opt/plesk/php/8.3/bin/php-config runned inside the /php-8.3.3/ext/pcntl but this seems never solve the issue.
