Thanks, the question was not about server resources, but Service Plan resources. The servers themselves are ok. We're looking to limit specific resources at the Service Plan level based on the settings available through Plesk specifically through the Service Plan page.

Bump for Plesk team. Hopefully you have some standard suggestions for those values. Mainly WP sites, probably 100-200 per server.

Under Service Plans, there are options to limit by Plan, RAM, CPU, and DISK I/O utilization. What are the best practice values to use if one chooses to use those options?

fyi...did not experience this issue on either Alma 8.9 or Ubuntu 22.04 after upgrading to 18.0.63 Update 1.

You could try adding this quick override to your WordPress wp-config.php file: update_option( 'siteurl', 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' ); update_option( 'home', 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' ); where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your ip address

Since its a clean server, with nothing running in Plesk, perhaps try uninstalling Plesk to see if your performance returns to the pre-Plesk numbers. Then re-install Plesk and check the numbers again. Not saying it is or is not Plesk, but that's what I would do.
