Hi @Mike McCoy Ensure you are using the correct server module in WHMCS. There appears to be a list "Plesk", "Plesk 10", "Plesk 9" & "Plesk 8". Make sure you are using the "Plesk" one.

I've woken up two mornings in a row with customers complaining that their website has been unavailable. Upon logging into Plesk I get Modsecurity update errors along with the Apache service being down. This has happened onto two different servers on two different virtualization platforms...

Apparently the extension has been updated to support www prefixes now.

I had the same problem today, it brought Apache down and websites were not loading. I couldn't start Apache manually either. I disabled mod security, I was then able to start Apache, then I turned mod security back on. Not a good way to start the morning.

Hello @ehrenwert Did changing the "reload" command to "restart" solve your problem as well? I don't understand why this bug isn't fixed yet. I'm not sure who is at fault though. This seems similar: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1143908 ..but I don't have mod_php installed/loaded.

Could someone please help with this query? I tried migrating the domain to a Plesk 12.5 server and then could re-assign the domain to a different customer without a problem. But I cannot re-assign the domain to a different customer on the Plesk 12.0 server.

Hello, I know you can disable automatic application update emails (such as Wordpress) on a global basis but can you disable them on an individual domain?
