Webserver Keep going off by itself

viantea

New Pleskian
Please can someone tell us how we can resolve this problem of apache- webserver -httpd for going off on its own. I am just fed up with how plesk works, and we are just testing it to see if it is worth moving our sites over but httpd just goes off and remain like that until we switch it on back via the mobile app.

Any help how we can stop this

We really would love to help you with your issue/question, but the lack of informations makes it impossible to give solutions, answers or suggestions. Investigations of issues are done with the help of log - files and/or depending configuration files, because there are far to much possible causes, why a webserver restarts, or maybe crashes, because of segfaults, or any other issues. Unfortunately, you don't even provide informations about your operating system, nor the Plesk version ( Incl. MU ), nor do you tell us, which webserver you use ( apache and it's version, apache + nginx and their versions, apache + nginx + php5-fpm and their versions...)
