The next billing date for the original Smart Update subscription would have been about Feb 23 so even though I canceled it, it's still active until that time so I wouldn't be able to tell if the Smart Update feature was coming from the original Smart Update subscription or the new Deluxe...
PHP updates is available, Smart Update is available but the previous Smart Update subscription is basically still effect even though I cancelled the subscription.
I did the upgrade to WP Tool Kit Deluxe but there was a quick message that said something like "failed to download...." I couldn't read it all. When I try to install the WP Toolkit Deluxe extension again it says the license has been installed. But when I check License Information it does not...
More info:
Oh, I can see how Elementor Pro might not work because the Pro version is coded to that specific domain name and if WPT makes a subdomain then it's not licensed for that sub domain.
But then I just checked on Elementor's website and it says they do support certain subdomains with...
I thought about that but on the Plugins in WordPress I can just click 'Update' on Elementor Pro when there is an update and it will update it. This tells me all the data is there so it can do the update but WPT doesn't recognize that?
I have a subscription to Smart Updates, how would I convert that to a WP Toolkit Deluxe subscription? Do I cancel the initial subscription and then purchase the Deluxe version? And will that mess up any of my clients Smart Update settings?
In WPT if you "Check for updates" it doesn't see Elementor Pro or Yoast Premium as having updates available even though they show up in the Updates section of WordPress.
How do you get it to see ALL the updates available? and then have Smart Updates do the update?
Voted and posted!
Now while we wait for that is there a way to manually give a user access via chrooted shell? Either to the Plesk WP-CLI or the manually installed WP-CLI?
Thanks!
How do you grant WP-CLI access to a user in the /bin/bash (chrooted) SSH environment?
It seems the Plesk WP-CLI is only accessible to the root user. I want to automatically give access to all current users and new users going forward.
@MEXXUS Just curious if you found a solution to this?
@weltonw For WordPress sites what would you recommend in terms of RAM/site? What do you consider a "decent amount / server" in terms of hardware specs?
This is the Obsidian article but it's basically the same:

I was more wanting to know if anyone has done this and some example settings.
