You should start a survey here who who uses Linux Distribution.
It is then for many newcomers and also people like me who only rarely need very helpful the Distribution to use where here...
Also the Goal is under Plesk Panel disable "Enable safe updates for system packages" after disable this i have new source list and there is all packages what i need.
that is always installed for php 5.6

But i need install for php 7

why the PECL not work on me? :( with Plesk Onyx debian (deb8u2)?
i receive always follow error:

yes i have uploaded it with ssh and the works, but I interested me why that not work over plesk panel, i have think first time nginx confuguration and have set it to "client_max_body_size = 2000MB" but nothing.
