On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
This exactly what this is, the customer has many domains, with many subscriptions. In this case they have one domain that they need editing so that is the only subscription on there account that has DNS changes allowed.
I know it sounds very backwards and it is, but its because we used to just...
IgorG, if you are talking about going to the subscription, selecting the domain, then selecting the account tab and looking under permission, yes there is a green check box there for DNS management
I don't see any option to add DNS Management under subscription...
In Service Provider view, I select Subscriptions, select Domain, on the right hand side I have customize and when I click it and goto permissions the box is checked for DNS management.
Yes, I can see and manage DNS just fine...
I just finished converting everything from our Plesk 9.5.4 migration, made our Customer accounts, transfered there domains into new service plans, transfered the subscriptions to there customer accounts. When they login and select a domain that has a service plan that allow them to make DNS zone...
And the reason why I am using the Power User view, is because that is the closest I can get the view to 9.5.4 where I can navigate around really fast and get my day to day work done.
We host about 50 domains on our server, but we have some customers that like to own ALOT of domain names, like owning example.com, but also own example.net and example.org so I make there primary domain what they want and then alias other others to the primary. Or in the case of one customer...
I'm running the latest 12.5.3 MU2 release and I want to know how I can hide all domain aliases when in the Power User view but have the domains displayed in the Classic list.
Thanks!
I found when using message submission and sending out port 587, I have to set SSL to Auto on the SMTP setting. Is there anyway to have it be SSL or plain?
Thanks
So just like many others and reading 20 plus threads about this issue I'm having the same issue that 99% of Plesk users seem to have.
I did an upgrade for 9.5.4 to 11.5 today, everything pretty smooth and great, only issue is I can't send email via port 587. I get the auth failed in outlook...
Where are the notes on MU 15? Checked here and didn't find anything:

I have a nice new clean install of Plesk 9.5.4 on a CentOS 5 server, the problems i'm having is CentOS ships with PHP 5.1.6, my old Plesk server running the same version had 5.2.14, can I install the newest PHP 5.2.X branch from the atomic repos without having Plesk break?
This is what I found...
We have a Plesk 9.5.4 server running fully upto date with all MUs installed and I want to know when using the Migration Manger are the current Plesk Backups stored on the server going to be transfered or are they going to be left on the old server? Ideally I am hoping they will be left behind as...
I know this is a really dumb question but with Plesk 8.1.0 on the System statistics page under CPU Usage, are those numbers listed in a percent like this:
0.43 = 0.43%
or
0.43 = 43.0%
Thanks,
Bradley
