As far as I understand it ARC is only relevant for e-mail forwarding if you send less then 5k e-mail to Google. If DMARC is failing it is probably SPF or DKIM related. Check it with Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com

To bad! The Log Browser Extension is no replacement for Mail-log. Providing customers with information about incoming and outgoing e-mail is becoming more and more important. Wondering when Plesk will implement this.

I would advise you to get a proper backup solution with snapshots and stop running two identical plesk servers. If your server fail, restore a snapshot. Or even better, figure out why you servers stop working all the time (mine never have issues). Perhaps start fresh. Install a new Plesk server...
