We were told the issue has been sent to the development team to be fixed but we have no further info at the moment

Update : We have logged this issue with Odin and they have confirmed there is a bug in the firewall that creates a full deny when adding single IP addres custom rules. They have managed to replicate this issue on their test server as well as ours.

As with moswak above it's also becoming apparent for us that this is not exclusively a problem with loading backups slowly. Loading back-end folder structures in httpdocs is also incredibly slow after the upgrade.

We updated our servers from Plesk 12 to 12.5 yesterday and are able to access the backup manager, however it's loading extremely slowly (it takes 3-4 minutes to load). Deleting backups is also a very slow process. Is anyone else experiencing this?

thanks we have already signed up and had a look, I really hope there is a way to migrate WPB users over! Also there doesn't appear to be a way to download and upload snapshots in Business Builder which could be a big issue for us as we use that a lot in WPB.
