On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.

But auto-configuration is working just fine on CPanel hosted emails and every other shared hosting provider I know.
it should be something done within the server, not on the client/user side.
It's been a year since this issue was confirmed, I lost third of my customers because no one likes entering email configurations manually, while it works smoothly on every other hosting on the planet.
I contacted support once again and they said: "There is no ETA yet" !
Don't wait for this fix...

but it doesn't look to contain fixes for PPPM-12009 and PPP-49197 bugs.
Is it planned anytime soon?

Autodiscover is not working on Outlook...
Unfortunately I can't:
"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."
but I already submitted a support tickets that should be reported as bug when confirmed, right?
I just tested the config using "Outlook Connectivity" tool for Microsoft:

using this inputs:
Email address: [test email]
Microsoft Account: [my personal microsoft account]
Password: [test email password]
Confirm password...
I'm not an Outlook user, I just thought Outlook is not using AutoDiscover for custom emails (non-microsoft/non-exchange/non-google emails ...).
Because when I check any of my emails using Outlook "Test Email AutoConfiguration" Tool, it displays the configuration correctly!

Actually the issue was never solved from my side.
I have the same issue all my servers (windows+linux), on all of my domains, so I don't think it's a DNS propagation issue.
I always use CloudFare for all my domains, and copy all the settings one by one from my Plesk Dns page, Support team...
