We were able to resolve the issue by recompiling the host with ipv6 support and simply rebooting. We did not have to create any additional configuration. It simply worked after rebooting with the presence of /proc/sys/net/ipv6

We experienced this issue on all 32 of our migrated domains - it was not until 10.1.0 that it started to work. Sounds like we had a similar, yet different issue.

Check your shell, you might not be running what you think.

Although this fix works, it does break things. You can only have one active db admin session open at a time after applying this fix.

I had the same issue, we ended up running whmcs under lighttpd - but that brought in some SSL conflicts

I never found a Plesk solution actually. We ended up installing RoundCube to the HN instead of running it inside of Plesk VE's... Kinda lame, but it works all the same.
