Thank you, it's the known issue and will be fixed at one of the future MUs. now we can't backup files owned by apache correctly. As a workaround I can suggest you to change owner of this content using next scheme: 0770 apache:apache ==>> 0770 sysuser:apache and then perform backup task again.

It's not the original error of this thread. This means that web content changed during backup task performing. Try to disable domain and check how backup process goes on.
