If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
@Peter Debik, Can you point me to the right source to have someone take a look. I want to open up my server for this, but will need some assurance on uptime as this is a live production server.
Also submitting a request doesn't seem to work for me as I ordered it trough an intermediary (who...
@Peter Debik, we just use the User Interface in the Plesk Panel. Shouldn't Plesk do it the way Plesk needs it to be done?
I am reading so many posts on this firewall issue. I don't believe we are alone in this.
Would there be a log system were we could find more information for your team to...
Hi @Peter Debik ,
I am still trying to debug this issue and I have a question:
Could it be that one of the checks the Firewall does before enabling is if the SSH port is reachable and fails if it is not able to reach it?
I am using a custom SSH port on this server, however, I am not able to...

I will try to manually update to a more recent Plesk Build.
@Monty I have sort of come to the same conclusion when I looked up the creation date of the file which predates the setup date of my server. My provider did indeed pre-install Plesk on the server.

Thanks for your quick reply Igor!

I have added a screenshot of the full file, maybe that helps?
Hi all,
I just received a Cron error per email about a script: /usr/local/psa/bin/checkact. It caught my attention as the error read:
ERROR: Error: Undefined class constant 'ALLOW_CP_LOGIN' (cu.php:80)
Which raised a red flag for me due to the ALLOW_CP_LOGIN part.
Could someone help me...
As I was in a bit of a pickle and had no idea about a quick fix after I posted this, I reverted back to a previous version and disabled automatic software updates for now. So I haven't been able to see if the proposed solution by @G J Piper and yourself would fix my problem as well.
It...
