Has this situation improved at all? I really want DNS seperated out from web servers as migrating when the OS goes EOL is a real pain.

Turn off DNS for that domain in Plesk. Add an A record for the host 'webmail' on your external DNS. Any reason why you cant manage DNS in Plesk, it simplifies things if you're new to hosting.

Check that you have an A record assigned to webmail.*********.co.za If so does the IP address look correct, should be the same as the domain A record.

Looks like it was my outgoing mail limits database again.

Beside the HSTS toggle is a configure link.

That appears to be the preload list which isnt relevant to this fix.

Great that this is now resolved - at least in Obsidian. You can remove HSTS config from nginx config and just use the extension.
