    I see your point Anthony, But auto-configuration is working just fine on CPanel hosted emails and every other shared hosting provider I know. it should be something done within the server, not on the client/user side.

    It's been a year since this issue was confirmed, I lost third of my customers because no one likes entering email configurations manually, while it works smoothly on every other hosting on the planet. I contacted support once again and they said: "There is no ETA yet" ! Don't wait for this fix...

    Hi, Yesterday Plesk 18.0.31 was released: Change Log for Plesk Obsidian but it doesn't look to contain fixes for PPPM-12009 and PPP-49197 bugs. Is it planned anytime soon?

    Actually the issue was never solved from my side. I have the same issue all my servers (windows+linux), on all of my domains, so I don't think it's a DNS propagation issue. I always use CloudFare for all my domains, and copy all the settings one by one from my Plesk Dns page, Support team...

    I have the exact same issue as B4c4rd1, I submitted a support ticket on this #225771, but I was told it is caused by the DNS propagation!
