Dear Pleskians! The Plesk Forum will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, 7th of July, at 9:00 AM UTC. The expected maintenance window is 2 hours.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on the matter.
I'm hoping someone can clarify wether spamassassin uses a sidewide or per mailbox bayes database.
The following doco refers to a sitewide database - Training SpamAssassin to Work with All Mail Accounts on the Server
But this doco refers to an individual database -...
support.plesk.com and any articles on the support site causes memory in Safari to balloon to gigs within around 20 seconds and causes Safari to repeatedly kill and reload the page due to significant memory usage.
Does not occur with Chrome nor Firefox.
Running on macOS 10.13.6 with Safari 11.1.2
Wow has it been 2 years since the last set of ASL errors? :)
It's happening again today.
To re-iterate the temporary fix the last time this happened, copy the latest config in /var/asl/rbc/etc/asl/config/ as /etc/asl/config
Look like atomicorp broke something and need to push out a fixed aum...
When installing Wordpress through Plesk, it doesn't give you the option to install it under www.domainname.com, it only lets you choose domainname.com.
Apart from installing it manually outside of Plesk is there a way to do this?
I understand that the purpose of having Nginx in front of Apache as a reverse proxy is to reduce memory usage essentially. This was the thinking when Apache 2.2 was commonly used and I totally get it. Nginx handled connections better, used less memory while doing it, etc etc.
Does this logic...

I have a question regarding the auto update function of the Wordpress Toolkit.
Since Wordpress already updates itself automatically, what does the auto update function do if I enable it for a site?
I'm trying to install Onyx using both the one click installer as well as the console installer and both methods only let me choose 12.5.30. Onyx isn't even in the list when run with --all-versions
I'm trying to install Onyx on a Debian 8 VM.
Any ideas?
I'm running Plesk 12.5.30 on Debian 7 at the moment but would like to eventually be on Debian 8 and Onyx.
Looking at it from an in place upgrade point of view (I don't want to build another server then migrate across to it), would it be safer to upgrade to Onyx first, then Debian 8? Or Upgrade...
Spamtrain runs for all mailboxes on the server but often I want to put spam into the spam folder and then run spamtrain for a single mailbox.
Is this possible?
Wordpress Toolkit is having problems getting the admin username of one of my sites when doing a security scan. This is the error it spits out:
An error occurred while checking the administrator\'s username on the WordPress installation 'xxxxxxx'
I've replaced the sitename in the above error...
In my /tmp directory there are hundreds of files named cache_xxxxxxx, some dating back 5 months ago. I figure Horde is leaving these files behind, but is there a way to make Horde cleanup after itself?
Just today i'm getting mails from /etc/cron.hourly/asl with the following content
/etc/cron.hourly/asl:
Error: ASL has not been configured
run-parts: /etc/cron.hourly/asl exited with return code 1
I think this is because /etc/asl/config is empty but i'm not sure if this was a recent change...
I'm trying to find a way to disable SSL support for a domain via the CLI. I've search the forums, the KB, the CLI documentation but can't seem to find a way to do it.
Is this something that's possible to do via the CLI?
I think i've found a bug with the Wordpress Toolkit in Plesk 12.5.
When updating plugins, tick one that needs to be updated, then click on Update at the top of the screen.
Plesk will try to update the selected plugin across ALL detected Wordpress sites, instead of just the ones that need...
Is there a way we can implement dns whitelists in Postfix without having the configuration overwritten everytime we apply a mail server config change in the control panel?
Eg
In /etc/postfix/main.cf
smtpd_client_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, permit_dnswl_client...
