Using Windows Explorer, right-click on the appropriate component DLL on the server's hard drive, select Properties/Security, and give the "Everyone" account Full Control over it.
You have to change the permissions for IUSR or IWPD user from the file manager in plesk control panel. IUSR is applicable
for static pages and iwpd user is applicable incase of dynamic pages

you have to install app to the document root manually without app vault. Upload the files to the httpdocs, configure permissions for folders and proceed with webbased installation
The "httpdocs" directory is the root of your website. But it is recommended to place access database files outside the root directory("private" folder outside the httpdocs is recommended) and access them using ../private/x.mdb in your code.
Please note that you have to give custom permissions...
Copy the system php.ini to httpdocs of the domain and change register_globals to on in this file to have modification for 1 domain. Make sure that php is set to run as cgi and not isapi; to use a custom php.ini
There is a folder called "httpdocs" in the domainname directory plesk created. u have to move your files to this folder.
This is the root directory of your website
by default all files will be accessible. Otherwise the folders may be password protected using the protection feature in control panel OR using the protected URL feature. U can remove protection to have the files accessible
