    You pass INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6" parameter to mysql-5.6.26-winx64.msi explicitly, but install location is "C:\Windows\system32\rserver30". It's a very strange... Did you install "Radmin Server 3" on the server?
