everything is synced/green. Could the file permissions (file owner rights...) affect these setting?

Hi there, During weekends my auto-backups always fail while uploading to the ftp-backup server. Is there any easy stress-less way to export a failed backup? Or a special Plesk Syntax I could use to re-upload? Or do I have to tar the appropriate folder and upload it with ftp manually...
