I have two servers with Plesk Obsidian, and in one of them, the backup I have configured every day to S3 (actually it is Backblaze B2, but for this case, it is S3 compatible) fails when the backup is complete (i mean not incremental). Incremental backups don't give any problem...
Hi, we are experiencing some problems with scheduled backups in Plesk "Backup Manager".
Backups seem to be created because they have beside this green tick icon, but every backup ends with a message in red. I will use for the following examples the backups from 03/25 and 03/26.
Until yesterday...
After the last update, when I try to open the backup manager, it redirects me to the home page with this error:
'Error: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x9b in position 423: invalid start byte.'
In the /var/log/plesk/panel.log, I found this error:

When I am opening backup manager getting the below error-
