I have two domains setup on plesk - let's say usersite.com and api.usersite.com. usersite.com is powered by nuxt.js - a front-end framework which runs on node.js. It makes API calls to api.usersite.com, which is a Laravel application powered by Octane (so it uses swoole instead of php-fpm). Both...
Is there an possibility where i can get the traffic usage per server, customer, domain/subscription.

Hi
I'd like to allow my hosted websites to view their Traffic and Disk Usage, but I don't want to give them access to Plesk.
They are all running on a LAMP CMS
I'm assuming this data will be stored in the 'psa' database somewhere
Does anyone have advice for:

Hey everyone,
how do you handle your firewall?
Blocking all incoming traffic and open the related ports for incoming Traffic like 80, 443, 8443 and so on,
and do you block also all outgoing traffic and open the related ports for outgoing or just let open all ports for outgoing traffic?
Thanks :)
Plesk is not calculating (or at least not showing) the traffic usage for all of our domains since a while. Every domain tells me that the traffic usage so far is 0 MB.
At the moment, Version 17.8.11 Update #35 is installed.
Does anyone have a clue what the problem is and how to fix it?

I upgraded to Plesk 12.5 in June and my July access logs for client domains were mostly 30%-50% smaller with 30%-50% less traffic as well. Clients I have on a cPanel server didn't show any drop in traffic.
Which makes me wonder if something changed in how access log files are created in Plesk...
Hey there,
We set up a new Plesk server with a Web Apps Edition license as the client doesn't need any of the advanced features of the more expensive licenses, nor the additional domains.
We then migrated subscriptions from another server that has a web host edition license and all went...
