• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

1&1 Server with Fedora Core 5

I am just wondering whether anybody has managed to get a 1&1 supplied server running Fedora Core 5... I just attempted to this by using their re-image tool to image the server with Core 4 then use YUM to update to Core 5. This attempt however promptly broke Plesk. I was told by the support guys on the phone that this was because the operating system had been upgraded to Core 5 and that this had "broken" the license key.

Seems a bit odd that the license key would be preventing the operating system from being kept up to date.

Any ideas from anyone about this? I've actually not once had a topic I've posted be replied too, so if someone would actually like to reply and provide some insight that'd be nice.
