... will only show the version from your serverwide PHP version on your server. If you desire to show the version of your Plesk - PHP versions, you would certainly use the commands:

/opt/plesk/php/5.4/bin/php -v
/opt/plesk/php/5.5/bin/php -v
/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/php -v
