loading time takes too long to update after the new hosting

I get these errors are also

Looks like that upgrade was not completed successfully or file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\/admin/bin/defpackagemng.exe is corrupted. Try to run manually something like

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\/admin/bin/defpackagemng.exe --get --force

and check output.
I suggest you contact Support Team for fixing this issue directly on your server.
