2 questions: backup and logs

1.Action log settings <-- Is there a way to get this is like /var/log or even /usr/local/psa/var/log so that I don't have to go download the text file from the web gui because otherwise it is a pain to check the logs.

2. Also has anyone had success with the backup... even restoring to a different Plesk server? I am running a backup but don't have a great way to test the restore and was just curious if it has been successfully for anyone else.

Thank you in advance.

1) I'm unsure.
2) It has always worked when I've tried it in the past ... sometimes there's the odd problem to overcome but it's always been possible for me. If the most recent backup doesn't work an older one likely will, so keep archives. Also, make sure you check the output in case psadump tells you it couldnt't backup something.
