Any idea on how I can do this redirect

You can do this using ISAPI Rewrite otherwise it may stuck into loop

Hello,

Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) can do this. You need to create two domains in PP domain.com (without www prefix) and www.domain.com (without www prefix). Configure hosting "standard forwarding" to "www.domain.com" on "domain.com". Butwe should warn that there is problem in such configuration. Statistics on domain "www.domain.com" will not work. It is the known issue and should be fixed in nearest PP versions.
