Resolved 360 monitoring not working on a new install

Server operating system version

AlmaLinux 8.10

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.71

On a new Almalinux 8 VPS I tried to enable 360 Monitoring, but it seems not working properly.

On Plesk Monitoring panel I still see "We are doing science" since 2 days.
On 360 Monitoring websites all panels related to the server are blank or reporting strange data. Monitoring websites works.

Already tried to disable/uninstall/remove server, but the result is always the same.

Standard monitoring seems not to have any issue.

We have 360 monitoring enabled on all our servers but we did not have any issues so far.

Could please help?

Hello, @IT Ufficio Key-One . Could you please also try restarting the service by running the following command:

systemctl restart agent360

Hi, we tried to restart the agent, uninstall 360monitoring, reinstall... no way. Now I reinstalled the whole VPS and everything was installed without problems.
