4.2.2 Mailbox full 4.2.1 Message can not be delivered at this time

I have a several problem with quota mailbox with plesk 12.5 MU 12...
An mailbox with 5G of quota, that have only 15M of mail, and recieve "temporary failure. Command output: Mail handler 'check-quota' said: REPLY:452:4.2.2 Mailbox full 4.2.1 Message can not be delivered at this time " message.
The problem it seem the "maildirsize" file format ( /var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com/pedidos/Maildir/maildirsize) :

Thanks a lot Abdi, it's an server that is in production with real data client so I can't give you the access, but I will try to reproduce the error with an test domain on an empty server for this. I would like that Odin team also review it, it's not seem an new bugs...
 
Sure, no problem!

And if you can reproduce the error on another server, then this surely is most likely a bug in Odin ...
But if you are unable to, then a bit of investigation will be required to get a formative solution!

Is this error can have a links with limit outgoing mail? both of mailbox that are failing, have 8 redirects email configurated, and domain is limited every hour by the hour limit outgoing mail...
 
Well,

Could be that one of those redirects is the one whose quota is full ...
Have you verified this?

It's easy, either check the redirected to email addresses statuses or disable the redirects and see if the error still comes back ..
 
None of those redirects have mailbox full, all have space for recieve mail...
I will tell to client to disabled redirect and check if solve problem
