I am upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2.3 got the following error

Seems you made changes in IIS metabase.

Sitebuilder fails on following line:
Set IIsWebServiceObj = GetObject("IIS://localhost/W3SVC/" + GetProp("WebSiteName") + "/root/" + GetProp("SBVDNAME"))

Check registry settings:
HKLM\Software\SWsoft Sitebuilder for Windows:
1. WEBSITEHH
2. WEBSITEIP
3. WEBSITEPORT
4. WEBSITESERVERCOMMENT
5. SVBDNAME

1-4 are used to find WebSiteName.
