400 Bad Request installing plesk panel

Hello!

I try to installing plesk panel on a virtual server with ubuntu 12.04 , the installing goes good but i can't come in the panel.

The site say
400 Bad Request

The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port
nginx

I do everyting with putty SSH but i'm not a expert maby somebody can tell me step by step how i can fix this problem

Please try to access your panel with https URL : https://Server_IP:8443.

Am not sure why it's taken plesk this long to resolve that redirection issue ...ie from http:// -> https://
