I have been trying to figure out how to for 7 hours now, so have resorted to using this forum.
The error is 403 Forbidden. I completed the process designed to undo the 403 Forbidden error earlier today. I am hoping to renew my subscription ASAP.
As I tried to communicate, I cannot speak to Plesk through their website. Also, I am not aware of a local phone number where I am right now (New Zealand).
I would appreciate it if anyone can share an email address.
Cleverbridge reinstated an old order, so I am up and running again.
I can now 'see' plesk.com website again, it is likely that the location I was at had an IP address which was black listed. I can no longer check this, as I have moved to another location.
