    Hi,

    I'm a new Plesk user.

I'm trying to deploy an online store in Customer & Business Manager.

In "Company Details and Branding", I use the original "URL of your default online store" as https://mydomain.com:8443/store/

But I was getting a 404 error in trying to access to this store.

Did I miss a step to generate my online store?

    Thank you!

Are you substituting "mydomain" with the actual domain of your Plesk server?

    Hallo Blake,

"mydomain" is replaced with the correct domain name but it doesn´t work. Still have the same error message.

    Hello,

Try to change "Continue Shopping URL" value to https://yourdomain.com:8443/store/[value from "Name in URL" field].html on "Online Store Settings" page.

    Hello, wdswds

I suppose that https://mydomain.com:8443/ is a valid URL on your server and your client computer - DNS zone is configured and domain "mydomain.com" is correctly resolved into IP address. Particularly you can access Business Manager using URL https://mydomain.com:8443/plesk-billing/admin/

    Please check the following settings:
    1. Branding URL in All Settings > Company Details & Branding
    It should be https://mydomain.com:8443/store/

    2. "Continue shopping URL" in store settings
It should be almost the same - https://mydomain.com:8443/store/default.html if "default" is you "name in URL" parameter value

    3. Configuration file /opt/plesk-billing/store/apps/frontend/config/app.yml
    There must be a line " billing_service_url: "https://localhost:8443/plesk-billing/store-service.php" "
If you have there something but not localhost, please change this.

Could you please report if this advice was helpful, what you've changed to made it work as supposed.
Maybe there is a bug somewhere...

    Hello wdswds,

Did you solve your problem? If you did, can you please tell us how?
I am having the same issue. Trying all the things I could find on the forum and on google. But so far no luck :(

    Eugene,

I am still getting that 404 error with that beautiful light blue background. Tells me to continue shopping but that link also doesn't work. I checked what you wrote, all seems ok. You mentioned that it could be a bug, if it helps, I can try anything you ask me to, to sort this out!

    Hello,

    I fixed your instance
The issue was that 'psaadm' user had no permissions to write into directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\store\cache. I added the permissions and everything started to work as supposed.

    Additional information

    Eugene,

I just had a chance to try online store as a customer.

The main store opens fine after the permission changes you made. Thank you for that. Bu when I click any of the buy now buttons, the 404 error shows up again. To solve that problem and make the next page work as it's supposed to, I gave psaadm user additinal write permission on the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\store" completely. Would it give me a headache in the feature (giving write permission to all "store" dir)? Or what I did is OK (I hope)? :)

And I have another question at this point. I have no idea why this happened in the first place. I installed that server 3 weeks ago and installed 10.4.4 directly. So, it's not an update issue. Will I be having that problem after the future updates? As I understand, even some micro updates change some permissions on the installation directory.
If it this is a minor bug, will it be fixed with the future updates?
If it's not a bug at all, what shall I not do, not to encounter that problem again?

Just wanted to share that additional info with other people and looking forward to read your answer soon!

Thanks again for your interest and help.

    Same Issue

    Hi -

My Plesk store is having the same issue.
    https://www.voicebox.tv:8443/store/default.html

After you enter a domain name and click the submit button, you receive a 404 error message. I have successfully used the store multiple times to create accounts, so I'm not sure why it isn't working now.

    Thanks for you help.

    -Josh

    Hello Josh,

Could you clarify CBM version and OS? May be you need to clear cache and cookies in your browser? Or may be you could enable Debug Log, Click on the submit button related to domain name and check debug log output?

    Best regards,
    Dmitry
