404 error

Hello,
I am using Plesk 9.5.3 on Debian 5.0 64 bit. I have a problem since three days when I want to access the loggin page. After accepting the certificate, instead of my usual window where I enter my login id and my password, I have a 404.

Can we have a URL where this is happening?

What is the name of the file that this should point to? (index.html, index.htm, index.php)??
