Resolved Monitoring shows errors 'Dashboard not found' or 'An unexpected error occurred'

Hi there.

The built-in monitoring of my Plesk server

- Plesk Obsidian 18.0.74 Update 2
- Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

is not working, instead of the expected graphs I get only errors 'Dashboard not found' or 'An unexpected error occurred', mixed inconsistently for the dashboards

- Grafana is running and shows the usual dashboards, when started in a separate browser window ( pleskserver:8443/modules/grafana/service/)
- opening the monitoring using the corresponding navigation results in error messages mentioned above;

I tried:

- uninstalling/einstalling grafana and monitoring extension (both, via UI and SSH)
- resetting monitoring limits
- restarting garfana service
- rebooting the server
- switching to monitoring360 and back to built-in monitpring

Any hint which may help is highly appreciated - thank you in advance!

Hi, @Sascha Schlüter . While uninstalling/reinstalling the Grafana extension have you also removed the package and cleaned the leftover files as per:
