404 on cgi files

I'm on Plesk 7.0.1 and get 404 for every cgi script I have in cgi-bin directory,

Any Idea why this happens?

if your cgi is a perl script, you either need to rename the cgi to -pl extrension, or you can set the mime type to run perl for .cgi extensions
