404s in the wizard

i'm at sitebuilder.mydomain.com.

It looks good.
but, when I click on any link such as
http://edit.mydomain.com/Wizard/Design
I get 404 errors on all of the links.

I imagine there should be some .httaccess files but I don't see any.

I purchased a $150 phone ticket, but it says I need to wait for 2 days for a response.
My edit access is down.
What can I do?

Could you please specify which link do you click when get the error? How can I reproduce the error?
